With an IPA port sauce and served with

Portobello mushrooms, spinach, red onions, smoked tomatoes
and rapini in a Ringwood tomato broth.

Butter Chicken Curry

Indian style butter chicken curry served on a bed of basmati rice, topped with toasted

almonds and naan bread on the side.

Seafood Ale Stew

Salmon, haddock, mahi mahi, shrimp and red skinned potatoes
simmered in a Ringwood ale herb tomato broth.
