IPA Braised Lamb Shank
With an IPA port sauce and served with garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed
mixed vegetables.
Spicy Vegetable Linguine (Vegetarian)
Portobello mushrooms, spinach, red onions, smoked tomatoes and rapini in
a Ringwood tomato broth.
Butter Chicken Curry
Indian style butter chicken curry served on a bed of basmati rice, topped
with toasted
almonds and naan bread on the side.
Seafood Ale Stew
Salmon, haddock, mahi mahi, shrimp and red skinned potatoes simmered in a
Ringwood ale herb tomato broth.
Dessert – Choice of:

Tender strips of beef simmered in our Keefe’s Irish Stout then slow
cooked
and served over a bed of basmati rice.
Cajun Tilapia
Topped with mango salsa and served
with a chick pea salad and rice.
Ringwood Risotto (Vegetarian)
Mushroom, spinach and green pea
risotto in a creamy Ringwood ale sauce.
Open Face Peculiar Ale Meatloaf Sandwich
House made meatloaf served on bread with mashed potatoes and gravy.
Dessert – Choice of:
Tiramisu,
Carrot Cake, Fruit Salad
